The card has expired - what to do?

The expiration date of the Telegrosik card has expired and there are still funds left on the card for making calls?

Call our hotline - tel. 32 270 48 89, you will receive a new Telegrosik card number.

During the phone call, you will receive a new Telegrosik card number (PIN) and the funds from the "old" card will be transferred to the new card.

Important information:

Please be advised that topping up a card that has expired does not extend its validity.

In such a situation, call the Hotline (tel. 32 270 48 89) and you will receive a new Telegrosik card number.
