Step 1. Register an account

 

 

 

Create a Customer Account using the form available here.

After successful registration, you can log in to the Customer Panel. If you previously had a Telegrosik Account, your card will be automatically linked to the Loyalty Program.

If you have not set up a Telegrosik Account, click Register Card in the Customer Panel and go through the form to complete the registration of the Telegrosik card in the Program.

Step 2. Collect points for top-ups on your Telegrosik card

 

 

 

Each time you top up a Telegrosik card registered in the Loyalty Program via the online store www.telegrosik.pl or via the Customer Panel

For every PLN 1 you spend, you will receive 1 point.

Step 3. Exchange points for additional Telegrosik card top-ups

 

 

 

Collect the appropriate number of points and exchange them for a free top-up of your Telegrosik card.

Remember, points are valid for 1 year.

To redeem points, log in to the customer panel and select the available top-up:

  • 500 points to top up PLN 10
  • 2,500 points to top up PLN 50
  • 5,000 points to top up PLN 100
  • 7,500 points to top up PLN 150

  • Is participation in the Loyalty Program free of charge?

    Yes. Registration and use of the Loyalty Program are free of charge.

  • How does the "Collect points at Telegrosik" Loyalty Program work?

    For every PLN 1 spent to top up a Telegrosik card registered in the Program, you receive 1 point. Points are awarded only for top-ups made via the online store www.telegrosik.pl.

    You can exchange the accumulated points to top up your Telegrosik card assigned to the program.

  • What is the expiration date of points?

    Points are valid for 1 year from the date of their accrual. In the Customer Panel, after logging in, you can check how many points will soon expire.

  • Where can I check how many points I have?

    You can check the number of accumulated points, purchase history and points by logging in to the panel.

  • What else does the Loyalty Program offer?

    The program allows you to take advantage of additional promotions (discounts, freebies) available only to logged in users. Promotions are organized by Galena from time to time and are described in separate regulations and Promotions tabs.

  • If I am not logged in, do points count for top-ups?

    Yes. You don't have to log in to the Customer Panel every time to top up your Telegrosik card and receive points. After successful registration, points will be added each time you top up the card via the telegrosik.pl website.

  • What can I exchange points for?

    You can exchange points collected in the Loyalty Program to top up the Telegrosik card assigned to the Program:

    Accumulated points cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent. Points can only be exchanged for topping up a Telegrosik card registered in the Program.

  • How to top up the card so that points accumulate?

    Points will be charged every time you top up a registered Telegrosik card on our website HERE or via the Customer Panel - login

  • Are there any promotions in the Loyalty Program?

    Telegrosik plans to introduce additional, temporary promotions. Promotions will include the method of calculating and using points or promotions (discounts, freebies) available only to logged in users. Promotions will be described in separate regulations and the Promotions tab.

  • Can I receive top-up information at an address other than the one provided during registration?

    NO. The e-mail address provided during registration is the address assigned to the account and cannot be changed.

  • I want to change the e-mail address, name and telephone number to which I registered the card and keep the points obtained, how to do it?

    In the Customer Panel you can change some of your data (surname, name, address). The email address and telephone number cannot be changed.

  • Can I top up another card with the points awarded?

    In the Loyalty Program, you can only top up the Telegrosik card assigned to the Program.

  • Can I get a new card with points from the loyalty program?

    NO. Points can only be exchanged to top up a Telegrosik card.

  • Is it possible to assign more than one card to the Loyalty Program?

    You can only have one Telegrosik card assigned to you in the Loyalty Program.

  • When purchasing cards on the website (after logging in to the loyalty program), will I also receive points for the registered card?

    Points are awarded only for top-ups of the Telegrosik card registered in the Program. Purchases of new cards are not subject to scoring.
